You get harnessed on the fortress terrace, the instructor checks every buckle, and then the ground simply disappears. Below you: the Lumbardhi river, the stone bridge, the minarets and red roofs of Prizren, and the mountains of the Sharr range on the horizon.

Pick your slot
Choose a day and a departure window. Every window holds a small group so nobody waits long.

Arrive 15 minutes early
Come up to the fortress a quarter of an hour before your slot and check in with your booking code.

Gear up and briefing
Harness, helmet and a short practical briefing. Our team walks you through everything.

Hands on the handle, feet off the platform — and Prizren opens up beneath you.

Price
15 €
per person, including equipment, briefing, instructor, photos and a honey tea.
When we operate
Daily during the season. Departure windows run one after another, with a short break in between while the team carries the equipment back up to the start.
Weather
In rain, thunderstorms or strong wind we do not operate. If we have to cancel your slot we contact you and you get your money back or a new date.
What to bring
Closed, firm shoes and comfortable clothes. Everything else — helmet, harness, gloves — is provided.

Safety
Conditions of participation
The zipline is safe when everyone follows the same rules. Please read these before you book — our team checks them on site.
You can ride if you
- are healthy and physically fit
- weigh between 40 and 100 kg
- are at least 130 cm tall
- are 6 years or older
Children and teenagers under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present.
You cannot ride if you
- have a severe fear of heights or a mental health condition affected by it
- have heart, respiratory, back, balance problems or epilepsy
- are pregnant
- are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Dress code
- Closed, firm shoes — no sandals, heels or flip-flops
- Glasses secured with a sports strap
- Jewellery, keys and phones stored away or handed in
- Long hair tied back
- No scarves, umbrellas, selfie sticks or anything dangling
On the platform
- Do not ride if you feel unwell or unsure
- Keep both hands on the handle during the ride
- Never launch without the clear go-ahead from the instructor
- Follow the instructions of the team at all times

Frequently asked
Do I need to book in advance?
It is not mandatory, but in summer the slots fill up. Booking online guarantees your place and saves you the wait.
How do I pay?
You reserve online free of charge and pay on site before your ride, in cash or by card.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to the start of your slot using the link in your confirmation email.
Can I take my phone or a camera?
Loose items are not allowed on the line. Our team takes professional photos of your ride, which are included in the price.
Is it scary?
The first three seconds are intense, then most people just look around. If you are unsure, tell the instructor — they will take the time you need.
Can we come as a group?
Yes. You can book up to 10 people in one go. For larger groups, school classes or company events, just get in touch.
What happens if it rains?
We cannot operate in rain, thunderstorms or strong wind. We contact you and offer a new date or a refund.
