Reserving a departure window online is free of charge. Payment is made on site before the ride, in cash or by card.

A reservation is binding for us once you receive the confirmation email with your booking code.

You can cancel free of charge at any time up to the start of your departure window, using the link in your confirmation email.

If you do not show up without cancelling, we may refuse future online bookings.

We do not operate in rain, thunderstorms or strong wind. If we have to cancel, we contact you and offer a new date or refund anything you already paid.

Our team may refuse participation on site if the conditions of participation are not met. In that case no charge is made.

The safety rules published on this website are part of these terms. By booking you confirm that all riders meet them and will follow the instructions of our team.

The equipment is certified and checked before every launch. Participation is nevertheless at your own risk within the limits of applicable law. We are liable for intent and gross negligence without limitation.
