To process a booking we store: your name, email address and phone number, the departure window you selected, plus the name, age and weight of every rider.

Age and weight are required because the safety limits of the zipline depend on them. We cannot let anyone ride without checking them.

We send a booking confirmation to your email address. We use your phone number only if something about your booking changes at short notice, for example when we have to cancel because of the weather.

We do not send marketing emails and we do not pass your data to third parties for advertising.

The website sets one cookie that remembers your language choice. It contains nothing but the language code.

The operator dashboard sets a session cookie for signed-in staff. There is no tracking, no advertising and no analytics cookie on this website.

Booking records are kept as long as required for accounting purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data earlier if there is no legal obligation to keep it.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to the email address in the footer and we will respond.
